Your safety is our top priority. Follow these guidelines for a safe and enjoyable sailing experience.
Emergency Contact
In case of emergency at sea, contact the Coast Guard immediately:

Pre-Departure Safety
- Complete the yacht safety briefing with your skipper
- Locate and familiarize yourself with all safety equipment
- Review emergency procedures and contact information
- Check weather conditions and marine forecasts
- Ensure all participants can swim or have life jackets
- Inform the skipper of any medical conditions or allergies
On-Board Safety
- Always wear life jackets when required by the skipper
- Follow the skipper's instructions at all times
- Stay within designated safe areas of the yacht
- Report any safety concerns immediately
- Keep emergency contacts readily available
- Use sun protection and stay hydrated
Emergency Procedures
- Know the location of emergency equipment (flares, fire extinguishers, first aid kit)
- Understand man overboard procedures
- Keep emergency radio channels monitored (VHF Channel 16)
- Have emergency contact numbers saved on your phone
- Know your yacht's name, registration, and approximate location
- Stay calm and follow crew instructions in any emergency
